Job summary

Objectway is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to design, build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications for wealth, banking and asset management. You will collaborate with product, UX and back-end teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions for financial services.

In this role you will optimize performance, contribute to front-end architecture and participate in code reviews. Fluent English and Italian are preferred in a dynamic, multinational team based in Milan with a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Front-End Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (recent versions).
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development principles.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive web design.
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs, including error handling and authentication flows.
• Solid experience with RxJS and reactive programming patterns.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns and component-based development.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable, scalable and maintainable front-end components with clean, documented code.
• Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Back-End Developers.
• Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Define front-end architecture and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with sustainable solutions.
• Ensure security, accessibility and regulatory compliance for enterprise apps.
