Job summary

Dice seeks an experienced enterprise web applications engineer in New York to design, develop, test, and support large-scale apps using Angular, .NET, and Microsoft technologies. You will partner with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

You will build modern UIs, REST APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and cloud services to improve workflows and investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Angular 16+, C#, .NET 6+/ASP.NET Core REST APIs, EF Core.
• Strong SQL development skills using Oracle and/or SQL Server.
• Experience with REST APIs, integration technologies, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience designing or integrating AI-enabled applications (LLMs, AI agents, RAG).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise web apps with Angular, .NET, and Microsoft tech.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, and stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Develop modern UIs and scalable REST APIs.
• Design and optimize database objects, SQL queries, and integrations.
• Integrate AI capabilities like intelligent search, conversational interfaces, and document intelligence.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, data, and cloud services to improve workflows.
• Participate in architecture, design reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Contribute to technical standards and improve quality, performance, and maintainability.
