Job summary

ACA Group seeks a Front end Lead Engineer / Architect to define and drive the architecture for a large-scale Angular UI platform with micro-frontends. You will set standards for components, design systems, and DX, guiding multiple teams toward consistent implementation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of frontend engineering, deep Angular/TypeScript expertise, and a proven track record in SaaS platforms, micro-frontends, and modern tooling including Storybook and NX.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Proven frontend architecture leadership for complex SaaS platforms with micro-frontends.
• Deep understanding of design systems, shared component libraries, and styling patterns.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend tooling, CI/CD, and DX improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve frontend architecture strategy for a large Angular platform using micro-frontends.
• Establish UI engineering standards for Angular, TypeScript, state management, and accessibility.
• Own shared design system approach, including component library governance and theming.
• Guide DevOps and DX for frontend, including build tooling, testing, and releases.
• Drive frontend performance optimization and runtime monitoring.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to align UI strategy with goals and mentor teams.
• Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and AI-assisted development practices.
