ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a Senior USPS Android Mobility & Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Integration SME to lead cross-agency mobile integration between USPS devices and Government Agency systems.

The role covers Intune and SOTI UEM implementation, enrollment, security, and data integration across large deployments. You will coordinate across USPS and Government Agency teams to ensure secure, scalable deployment while maintaining enterprise architectures and compliance with federal

Formación

• 8+ years of enterprise mobility, mobile engineering, UEM/MDM, or related experience.
• Deep hands-on Android Enterprise experience in a corporate or Government environment.
• Experience managing large enterprise Android device fleets.
• Hands-on experience with SOTI UEM and/or Microsoft Intune; both platforms preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Intune knowledge including enrollment, profiles, compliance, deployment, CA, and reporting.
• Experience deploying line-of-business Android apps through enterprise UEM platforms.
• Experience with device enrollment, staging, configuration, lifecycle, OS/security updates, remote wipe, inventory, compliance, and retirement.
• Strong understanding of mobile-device security, Zero Trust, identity, certificates, encryption, secure networking, and app isolation.
• Experience integrating UEM/MDM with Entra ID, IAM, PKI, SIEM, monitoring, ITSM, and enterprise security platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs and systems integration.
• Experience with performance, scale, resiliency, failover, and production-readiness testing.
• Strong troubleshooting across Android OS, application, identity, network, UEM, and backend-service layers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration of USPS apps with USPS Android devices and systems.
• Assess USPS and Government Agency mobile architecture, device types, Android versions, UEM configurations, application delivery, network dependencies, identity services, security boundaries, and processes.
• Engineer and support application distribution using USPS SOTI UEM and/or Microsoft Intune.
• Support Android Enterprise enrollment, provisioning, staging, configuration, app management, compliance, device policy, patching, monitoring, and lifecycle activities.
• Support the Government Agency Intune environment across enrollment architecture, MAM, compliance policies, security baselines, reporting, and integrations.
• Design application coexistence and isolation so USPS and Government Agency apps operate securely on the same device.
• Support packaging, managed configurations, deployment, configuration profiles, release management, version control, rollback, and production promotion.
• Design and validate SSO, MFA, device identity, user authentication, authorization, CA, certificates, and related controls.
• Coordinate device enrollment and app release between USPS and Government Agency.
• Support app signing, certificates, secure storage, keystores, permissions, and secure lifecycle management.
• Design and test encryption for data at rest and in transit; establish secure network access requirements.
• Develop secure APIs and interfaces between Government Agency apps, services, and USPS systems.
• Establish methods for collecting logs for auditing, monitoring, and incident response.
• Integrate telemetry with enterprise logging, monitoring, and security-operations capabilities.
• Support data integration between Government Agency and USPS systems as required.
• Conduct functional, integration, identity, cybersecurity, device, performance, scalability, failover, and end-user workflow testing.
• Validate Government Agency apps do not impede normal USPS device functions and workflows.
• Test new or replacement USPS devices as hardware and Android platforms evolve.
• Develop deployment procedures, baselines, rollback runbooks, and production-readiness criteria.
• Coordinate work across OCIO, USPS engineering/security, application developers, identity, network teams, and vendors.
