Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years building Android applications.
• 3+ years experience with Kotlin.
• Masters degree is a plus.
• 7+ years people management and Android experience preferred.
• 4+ years experience with Kotlin; 2+ years Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android client code that aligns with product strategy and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, and product owners to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Lead a team of mobile developers and mentor junior members.
• Review PRs and enforce Kotlin idioms across the codebase.
• Influence platform direction and contribute to cross-team discussions.
• Identify obstacles early and drive creative solutions.
• Grow SME-level leadership across multiple disciplines.
