Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks a senior software engineer to design, develop, and deliver full-stack solutions with Android, Kotlin, Java, and Ktor. You will work with a multidisciplinary team across front-end and back-end components, applying modern CI/CD practices and cloud principles.

The role emphasizes strong problem solving, communication, and mentoring, with on-site work in Omaha, NE and occasional remote flexibility as part of a dynamic and diverse team.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Senior understanding of subject matter with depth/breadth in the discipline.
• Experience with Gradle or Maven build tools.
• Proficiency with Git, Java, AWS, and SQL.
• Cloud and Java coding expertise.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and mentor others.
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tooling (Gitlab).
• Knowledge of AWS services and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud networking and API infrastructure.
