Job summary

voize is building AI companions to help healthcare professionals save time and stay focused on patient care. You will own the Android app development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, shipping features from idea to launch while collaborating with product and engineering.

We value strong UI/UX, testing discipline, and a bilingual (French) mindset. The role offers flexible hours and a hybrid setup, with options to work from our Berlin office or remotely within Germany as we scale.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Android development with Kotlin and Compose.
• Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD processes, and testing.
• A keen eye for intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Deep understanding of Flow lifecycle and Operators.
• French on a business fluent C2 / bilingual level.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the development and technical implementation of our Android apps (Kotlin & Jetpack Compose).
• Build features that genuinely make users’ lives easier, taking them from idea to launch.
• Work closely with the product and engineering team to turn requirements into creative and efficient solutions.
• Be involved in the entire development cycle: from concept and testing to user feedback.
