Job summary

Infinite Edge, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Senior Android Developer to build and own the IcyBox Android app. You will shape how customers browse, buy and open their boxes, ensuring the unboxing moment shines on screen as it does in person.

This role is based in our New York City office, five days a week. You will ship features, own performance, and collaborate with product and design to deliver polished experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development.
• Expert in Android development and React Native.
• Experience with testing, CI and app performance tuning.
• A sharp eye for UI, animation and user experience.
• Comfortable owning features end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new features in our Android React Native app.
• Own app performance, stability and crash rate.
• Write clean, tested Rust and React Native and review your teammates’ code.
• Work with product and design to turn ideas into polished experiences.
• Integrate with our backend APIs, payments and push notifications.
• Manage releases to the Google Play Store.
• Help set Android architecture and best practices as the team grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Android development, with apps shipped to the Google Play Store
• Expert in Android development and React Native
