Job Description

• No experience required for entry level; training provided. Certifications such as ACI, ICC, OSHA can influence pay rate.
• Perform tests and observations on soil, reinforcing steel, concrete, and asphalt in the field.
• Document and report test results; basic MS Excel skills needed.
• Assist in laboratory testing as needed.
• Preferred certifications: ACI, ICC.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• All employment contingent upon drug screening and background check.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $20.00 – $26.00, based on experience and certifications.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k) matching, profit sharing, stock ownership, dental/vision, life insurance, paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement.

Schedule

• 10-hour or 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend work as needed.
