Job summary

Codex is seeking a Senior Anaplan Solution Architect to lead hands-on design, architecture, and development across the Anaplan platform. You will partner with Finance stakeholders, own models end-to-end, and drive optimization in a fast-growing software environment.

The role combines hands-on modeling with strategic architecture, governance, and collaboration across FP&A teams. We offer a remote US-friendly arrangement, bonus, and equity as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience.
• Significant experience designing and building complex Anaplan models.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan Solution Architecture and model design.
• Anaplan Level 2 certification or higher.
• Experience working with FP&A and Finance stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Advanced Anaplan formula-writing and model-building capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, dimensionality, hierarchies, and model performance.
• Experience with integrations and enterprise data sources.
• Structured approach to testing, validation, documentation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Take ownership of solutions from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design scalable model structures across modules, lists, hierarchies, dimensions, and calculations.
• Establish and maintain Anaplan architecture and model-building best practices.
• Build and optimize complex calculations and planning logic.
• Review and optimize existing models for performance and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot model performance, data issues, and calculation errors.
• Support data flows and integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Manage development and releases across multiple Anaplan environments.
• Support testing and user acceptance processes with business stakeholders.
