Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant business analysis experience
• Strong breadth and depth of knowledge in cash operations, systems, and metrics
• Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data analysis to inform decisions on group operations and strategic planning
• Direct collection, modeling, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets to uncover business influences
• Develop forecasts, insights, and strategic/tactical recommendations based on data
• Create innovative analytical methods to improve workflows and analytics architecture
• Partner with stakeholders to assess business needs and model outcomes of initiatives
• Lead team projects, facilitate meetings, document actions, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders
