Marketbridge is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant to oversee client projects and deliver insights from complex analyses. You will drive analytics across marketing effectiveness, predictive modeling, and framework development within a hybrid Bethesda, MD team.

Qualifications

• Has 7+ years of experience in data-driven consulting.
• Prior B2B consulting experience.
• Can manage challenging marketing and sales enablement projects.
• Can use data to build narratives with actionable strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrates strong account management and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Analytics expertise across database marketing, reporting, descriptive analytics, and propensity modeling using Excel, R, SQL, Python, and SAS.
• Synthesize analyses to develop solutions and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Lead engagement delivery, manage timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and team members while maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff through on-the-job training.
• Support business development through thought leadership and market presence.
