Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Specialist Analytical Capabilities in Horsham, PA, or nearby locations, to generate insights for pharmacovigilance quality and compliance. You will build visualizations using Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI and collaborate with MSQ and technology teams on data integrations and reporting requirements.

The role requires 2–5 years of BI/analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to troubleshoot data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, technology, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data modeling, data analysis, or analytical solution development.
• Hands-on experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and complex reports using Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools.
• Experience with SQL and relational data concepts.
• Ability to understand data lineage and troubleshoot issues across source systems, integration or transformation layers, data warehouses, and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• 60% - Analytical Solution Development Develop and enhance reports, visualizations, and dashboards that strengthen PV quality and compliance monitoring and improve the efficiency of metrics generation.
• 10% - Training and User Support Provide training and user support for data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports.
• 10% - Metrics Delivery Support the production of routine metrics and ensure assigned deliverables are completed within established timelines.
• 5% - Documentation Develop and maintain key metrics-related documentation, including SOPs, SLAs, compliance metric definitions, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• 5% - GMS Metrics Support Provide support and backup for GMS Metrics development, configuration, and master data maintenance.
• 5% - Technology and Continuous Improvement Evaluate relevant technologies and contribute recommendations that improve the delivery, maintainability, and usability of analytical solutions.
• 5% - Other Perform other duties as assigned.
