• 5+ years developing analytics solutions.
• Experience with dashboard and report development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex analytics products.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver analytics products that support decision‑making and operational excellence.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, self‑service reporting, and data products.
• Develop semantic models and reusable business logic.
• Create scalable and maintainable reporting solutions.
• Help develop AI‑enabled analytics experiences where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and modernize existing reporting.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, usability, and reliability expectations.
• Support transition from traditional reporting to modern data products.
