Zusammenfassung

The Freeman Company is seeking a Business Analyst to own performance reporting for Exhibit & Event Services, delivering leadership-ready insights weekly and monthly. You’ll build and maintain Power BI models, analyze revenue and cost trends, and partner with commercial and operations leaders to explain performance.

The role supports the Field Finance team and offers a hybrid schedule with in-office/show-site collaboration 2–3 days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in business/data analysis, business-intelligence reporting, or a comparable analytics role
• Hands-on Power BI: building and maintaining semantic/composite models, authoring DAX and Power Query, and publishing/administering content in the Power BI service
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, complex linked and weighted workbooks, cube/OLAP formulas, and multi-source data collation
• Proven ability to run recurring weekly and monthly reporting independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written communication — able to turn quantitative analysis into concise, executive-ready narrative
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and version control
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field

• Own the reporting portfolio across product lines, with weekly and monthly cadence
• Analyze and communicate performance through concise commentary paired with dashboards
• Maintain data models, dataflows, and Excel feeds behind reporting across multiple sources
• Support commercial insight with monthly Sales Analysis recap
• Improve and modernize reporting through automated, well-documented workflows
• Lead NSF/Vault-to-DAP data pipeline and weekly cadence for reliable reporting
