Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an AVP, Home Specialty & Flooring Analytics to provide strategic insights and a decision framework driving growth for HI/HVAC/Flooring clients. You will partner across teams to deliver analytics on P&L, channel strategy, customer behavior, campaign optimization, segmentation, forecasting and portfolio diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years analytical experience establishing and managing marketing analytics in financial services/payments.
• 2+ years leading large-scale analytics projects incl. client-facing work with cross-functional partners.
• 2+ years using analytical tools (SAS/SQL/R/Python) and data visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Own HI/HVAC Industry-level subset of clients from analytics perspective; prioritize and deliver end-to-end work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead data integration, testing, cross-sell opportunities, and reporting needs.
