Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams, mentoring staff.
• Experience owning an analytics roadmap and prioritising requests by value.
• Strong business acumen with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention).
• Expert SQL and ability to build scalable data solutions.
• Design and govern executive dashboards in BI tools.
• Hands-on dbt modelling and data warehouse concepts.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders and CEOs.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly to augment analytics.

• Define and own the analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and analytics products.
• Partner with leaders to translate questions into analytical projects.
• Produce executive-ready visualizations and presentations.
• Govern metrics, collaborate with data engineering for a trusted data layer.
• Set dbt standards, SQL quality, testing, and code reviews.
• Promote self-service analytics with training and documentation.
• Embed AI assistants into analytics workflows and ensure validation.
