Job summary

Everlywell is hiring a Senior Analyst to own the enterprise reporting layer across the analytics team. You will define requirements, model data, and build durable dashboards that empower business teams to answer their own questions.

You will work with Data Engineering on pipelines, build dbt models, and establish metrics and standards to ensure consistent reporting across the company. This role offers exposure to cross-functional leadership and growth in a mission-driven health tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in analytics, BI, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to optimize complex queries.
• Hands-on DBT experience for data modeling.
• Proficiency with Omni, Looker, or Tableau for dashboards.
• Experience building self-serve reporting systems.
• Strong data modeling and scalable metrics design.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reporting end-to-end: requirements, data modeling, dashboards.
• Build and maintain dbt models for a reliable semantic layer.
• Develop dashboards and self-serve reporting tools (Omni/Looker/Tableau).
• Partner with Data Engineering on data pipelines and warehouse structure.
• Establish definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across teams.
• Audit and rationalize existing reports to reduce drift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into data models.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and fix at the model level.
• Document data models, metrics, and reporting logic.
