Princess Cruises seeks a Senior Manager of Business Analytics to lead a team analyzing large data sets and informing pricing, occupancy, and yield decisions. You will work with Revenue Management, Data Science, and BI teams to translate complex questions into actionable insights.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics, a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, leadership experience, and strong communication with executives. This hybrid in-office role is based in Miami, with travel less than 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years in analytics, data science, BI, revenue management, or pricing analytics.
• Experience leading analytics teams and coaching.
• Experience translating ambiguous business questions into analytical objectives.
• Experience analyzing large structured/unstructured data and performing A/B tests.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and connect insights to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Analytics team, setting priorities and coaching senior analysts.
• Translate revenue-management questions into analytical objectives and testable hypotheses; analyze large data sets to inform pricing decisions.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests; present findings to senior executives to guide pricing and revenue strategy.
• Partner with VP/AVP and cross-functional teams to prioritize requests and convert analyses into actionable recommendations.
