Qualifications

4–6 years in data analytics or healthcare analytics.
2–3 years analyzing medical claims data.
Expert-level SQL across large healthcare datasets.
Knowledge of ICD/HCPCS coding in healthcare analysis.
Experience with data quality validation and governance.
Experience mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of Population Health and Unified Reporting.
Translate business needs into structured analytical approaches and requirements.
Partner with Client Services, Clinical, Product, and Implementation teams.
Architect reusable analytical patterns and data-model improvements.
