Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, CS, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on analytics with production models and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives including ML models, data pipelines, and decision-support tools.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams to translate requirements into implementation.
• Build dashboards and reports with SQL/Python/Tableau for leadership reviews.
• Design and harden AI-driven workflows with robust logging and error recovery.
