Qualifications

• 4-8 years of analytics experience with a strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R and Python (advanced preferred)
• Ability to derive actionable insights and communicate them to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insights: analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency
• Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis
• Visualization and Reporting: develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance
• Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights
• Statistical and Predictive Modeling: use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions
• Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define and execute business strategies
• Stakeholder Management: build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
