Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, is seeking a Sr Advisor - Analytics Implementation to lead data collection across its online properties. A key focus is implementing analytics tools and validating tagging to support Digital business needs.

The role requires collaborating with business analysts, developing events, and ensuring analytics coverage with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Target. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is allowed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with six years of experience.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, XML, Python and Adobe Audience Manager.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Management Systems, Adobe Launch Tag Manager, Tealium Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, Adobe Target, SEO, and SEM.
• Data, Cloud & Agile Methodologies including SQL, Py-Spark SQL, Oracle, Redshift, AWS, GCP, BigQuery, Hadoop, Hive, UNIX, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Implement and validate data collection across ALSAC online properties.
• Define implementation requirements and tagging specifications with business analysts.
• Develop, customize and troubleshoot events and tags in complex environments.
• Ensure tagging functionality across web properties and QA.
• Identify data collection issues and work with product teams to resolve.
• Conduct A/B tests and personalization experiments using Adobe Target.
