Job summary

Unknown is seeking a data analytics professional to migrate ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and build a modern analytics platform with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The role blends S&OP initiatives with analytics and data modeling to transform planning data into actionable business insights.

You will work across D365, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Lakehouse architecture, and modern data practices to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or improving Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in D365 data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Spark and SQL.
• Understanding of Lakehouse, DWH concepts, and data modeling.
• Experience working with Medallion Architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold).
• EU citizenship (preferably Lithuania).
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Shape the client's S&OP process, aligning sales, demand, supply, and inventory planning across a manufacturing business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess planning practices, identify gaps, and define KPIs and reporting priorities.
• Translate S&OP requirements into analytical data models and Power BI dashboards for demand/supply balancing and plan-versus-actual analysis.
• Integrate data from Dynamics 365 and other systems into Microsoft Fabric for reliable inputs.
• Align analytics with business processes during Dynamics 365 migration and ERP implementation.
• Validate data and analytics outputs with business users and support solution adoption during S&OP reviews.
• Design and develop analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Develop and optimize data processing using Spark and SQL.
• Contribute to Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architecture, including Medallion Architecture.
