Farmers (Woodland Hills, CA) seeks an Analytics Engineer Sr Director to lead the development and implementation of complex data and analytics strategies and solutions to drive business decisions, enhance customer and agent experiences, improve profitability and growth, oversee enterprise‑wide data initiatives including governance, and manage a team delivering data solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years manipulating data at scale with SQL, Python, PySpark and AWS services.
• Experience building automated data pipelines and ETL with tools like Informatica or Ab Initio.
• 3+ years on cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) and data modeling tools.

Responsibilities
