Farmers (Woodland Hills, CA) seeks an Analytics Engineer Sr Director to lead complex data and analytics strategies and solutions that drive business decisions, improve customer and agent experiences, and enhance profitability. You will oversee enterprise-wide data initiatives and manage a team delivering data products across multiple domains.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field and 7 years’ experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, AWS, and ETL tools;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years of data analytics/engineering experience with SQL, Python, PySpark and AWS.
• Experience building automated data pipelines and data governance knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead complex data initiatives across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of data and analytics strategies to drive decisions.
• Oversee enterprise data initiatives including governance and data products.
• Manage a team delivering data solutions and ML/AI initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to architecture, governance and best practices.
