We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer passionate about transforming raw data into clean, well-modeled datasets ready for analysis. This role involves writing and maintaining transformation code in dbt Core and PySpark to ensure data quality and consistency organization-wide. You will have a significant impact and drive efficiency across our organization.

What You'll Do:

1. Transform Data: Convert raw data into clean, well-modeled datasets suitable for analysis.
2. Maintain Transformation Code: Develop and maintain code in dbt Core to uphold data quality and consistency.
3. Create Data Models: Develop robust models that facilitate easy access and interpretation of data by analysts and business users.
4. Ensure Data Quality: Guarantee data reliability, documentation, and readiness to support data-driven decisions.
5. Collaborate: Work with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver datasets.

What You'll Bring:

1. Development Experience: 5+ years in SQL and experience with dbt Core.
2. Python Development: 4+ years programming in Python with proficiency in PySpark.
3. Data Modeling: Strong experience transforming raw data into structured datasets.
4. Data Quality: Proven ability to ensure data quality and consistency across large datasets.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
6. Documentation: Capable of creating comprehensive documentation for data models and processes.
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Data Lake Platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or RedShift.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Pay Range: $126,100 - $193,325 annually. Compensation depends on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
