Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Analytics Engineer in Juneau to drive data-informed decisions across partner groups. You will design metrics and perform in-depth analyses to deliver meaningful insights and product recommendations, shaping the direction of the streaming service's analytics capabilities.

Bachelor degree required in a relevant field.
Strong SQL and data engineering experience with analytics platforms.
Proven ability to design metrics and perform in-depth analyses.
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

Be a strong partner who informs decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Plan metrics, scope, and conduct in-depth analysis, generating insights and product recommendations.
Support end-to-end development of analytics products used by partners and multiple teams.
Execute A/B tests to improve Netflix’s reporting experiences with engineers and product teams.
Identify opportunities within broader strategies and develop analytics recommendations.
Create dashboards and investigations using Python/JavaScript and visualization tools.
