Job summary

Aritzia is seeking an Analytics Engineer in Seattle to design, build, and optimize scalable data models for analytics and reporting. You will collaborate with analytics, data science, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into repeatable data assets.

Responsibilities include transforming raw data into curated datasets, defining semantic layers for BI, and upholding data governance and quality standards. Mentorship and cross-functional partnership are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for analytics, reporting, and downstream data products.
• Experience developing transformation workflows and documented datasets using modern analytics engineering tools; dbt preferred.
• Experience with modern data warehousing solutions; BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift preferred.
• Experience defining metrics, business logic, semantic layers, and reusable data products.
• Experience with data quality, testing, governance, lineage, and documentation standards.

• Experience with modern data warehousing solutions; BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift preferred

• Experience with data quality, testing, governance, lineage, and documentation standards
• Experience supporting Digital Marketing (DTC, Owned, Paid channels) and Customer Data (zero/first/third-party) preferred
