Aquent is partnering with a leading financial services client to transform raw internal data into trusted datasets and executive dashboards. You will own end-to-end analytics, from ingestion to semantic modeling, migrating to a modern cloud platform and delivering measurable business insights.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and scalable analytics while empowering stakeholders from frontline teams to board-level executives. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience modernizing legacy data processes and translating complex problems into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate robust data pipelines across legacy and cloud platforms.
• Implement data quality, lineage, and observability across the data lifecycle.
• Create dimensional models, semantic layers, and data marts in a modern data warehouse.
• Develop production-grade dashboards and executive-ready reports.
