Job summary

The Senior Analytics Engineer will join the company to build and scale the analytical foundation powering decision-making across GTM, Product, Finance, People, and Operations. You will transform raw data into clean, well-modeled datasets powering dashboards, cohorts, experimentation, billing operations, and AI-powered outreach.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, People Ops, and Engineering to ensure a robust, scalable analytics stack aligned with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and modern data modeling best practices.
• Proficiency in Python for pipeline development, API integrations, and automation.
• Experience modeling Salesforce data — opportunities, contracts, subscriptions, cases, and field history.
• Proven experience building custom ELT pipelines that ingest data from third-party APIs into a cloud data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the dbt project with testing and documentation.
• Design and maintain the Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion processes.
• Create core entities and datasets using modern data modeling.
• Build Python/Airflow pipelines to ingest data from APIs into Snowflake.
• Design cross-system reconciliation models to surface discrepancies and protect revenue.
• Implement testing and observability for analytics pipelines.
• Enforce CI/CD practices, automation, linting, tests, and code reviews.
• Standardize metric definitions across tools and ensure consistency.
• Investigate and document data incidents end-to-end.
• Act as data liaison between Engineering, GTM, and Finance; enable self-service insights.
• Drive data literacy and promote best practices in querying and dashboards.
• Build Snowflake Cortex semantic views for AI-ready data interfaces.
• Collaborate with AI/product teams to define semantic layer definitions.
• Develop measurement frameworks for AI initiatives.
