Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Principal Analytics Engineer - Analytics and AI to lead design of trusted data assets, semantic models, and automated workflows. You will drive enterprise analytics products and enable self-service reporting across the organization.

Leverage Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and AI-powered tooling to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor analysts, and shape data governance and analytics strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience developing business solutions from data assets.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and intelligent workflows.
• Experience applying software engineering principles to analytics solutions (Git, CI/CD, testing).
• Experience building reusable analytics frameworks and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable analytics solutions with maintainable data assets.
• Lead AI-assisted development and automation within Analytics.
• Build semantic models, dashboards, and data services for enterprise use.
• Collaborate with software teams to integrate analytics into enterprise apps via APIs.
