Jefferson Center for Mental Health in Wheat Ridge, Colorado is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design and deliver trusted data products, enable self-service reporting, and prepare data for predictive analytics and AI initiatives.
You will partner with clinical and operations leaders to translate healthcare data into actionable insights, build analytics-ready models, and guide the adoption of Azure, Fabric, and modern data platforms.

The Senior Analytics Engineer bridges data engineering, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. This role designs and develops trusted data products, enables self-service reporting, prepares data for predictive modeling and AI-applications, and partners with stakeholders to turn healthcare data into actionable insights.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
