Job summary
ALSAC is seeking a Sr. Advisor, Analytics & Data Visualization to partner with Product, Marketing, Digital Experience, Fundraising, and Enterprise stakeholders. Lead advanced analytics, visualization, and storytelling to connect audience exposure, engagement, and fundraising outcomes.
Expertise in Adobe Analytics, journey analytics, experimentation, and personalization is required. The role emphasizes governance, data-driven decision-making, and executive-level storytelling to improve
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, or related field required.
- 7+ years of analytics, BI, or digital analytics experience preferred.
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and data storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions and define measurement strategies.
- Develop measurement frameworks for digital products, journeys, personalization, and experiments.
- Create interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau and other tools.
- Perform advanced analytics, attribution, and outcome measurement to connect engagement to fundraising outcomes.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, incrementality analyses, and experimentation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital experiences and drive impact.
