The role requires hands-on experience with UPLC-MS/UHPLC-MS, NMR, and LC-MS, plus a track record of high-quality data generation in a high-throughput environment. Candidates with industrial lab experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Industrial experience in analytical laboratories with instrumental handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily analytical instruments (UPLC, NMR, TLC) ensuring reliability.
• Prepare samples, mobile phases, and buffers; improve preparation processes.
• Lead instrument maintenance and vendor service coordination.
• Troubleshoot instrument issues and implement fixes.
• Train junior technicians on instruments and lab procedures.
• Document data accurately and maintain SOP alignment.
• Plan lab readiness for changing priorities and higher sample volumes.
