Bayer seeks an Analytical Scientist (all genders) to join the Quality Assurance Team in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Germany. You will oversee analytical chemistry activities, supervise routine and non-routine testing of materials and finished products, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master's in Analytical Chemistry, hands-on HPLC/GC/IR/NIR/Raman, GMP knowledge, and strong communication with cross-functional teams across development, manufacturing and regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
• Strong GMP knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Fluent German with good English skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional leadership for analytical chemistry activities and QA testing.
• Develop, validate, transfer, and optimize analytical methods.
• Interpret complex data and prepare clear reports.
• Support regulatory submissions and audits.
