The Sr. Scientist will be responsible for implementing, developing, and validating analytical test methods to support process research and cGMP production. This includes developing LC, GC, GC-MS, LC/MS, ELISA, SEC-MALS, CE-SDS, cIEF, and other methods for small molecules, ADCs, oligonucleotides, and peptides. The role involves sample analysis using techniques such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, CE, NMR, KF, and wet chemistry, along with method modification, development, and validation. The incumbent may serve as the primary contact on development projects, collaborating closely with project teams on analytical chemistry needs.
