Job summary

Net2Source is seeking a Scientist in Lansdale, PA, for analytical chemistry work including HPLC/UPLC and related techniques. The role requires advanced degrees and hands-on lab experience in biotech/pharma settings.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 2 years in analytical chemistry or related field.
• MS with at least 5 years in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry.
• BS with at least 7 years in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Routine laboratory testing using separation and biochemical methods.
• Data processing, documentation, and reporting.
• Instrument maintenance, tracking, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Maintaining a safe and clean laboratory.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree with 2 year in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
• M.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry
• B.S. degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry.

Experience required

• Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge with laboratory techniques such as HPLC/UPLC (including SEC, HIC, IEX, and RP), CE, cIEF, Simple Western
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• A strong team player with excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Strong ability to deliver complex objectives under aggressive timelines in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Required

• Chromatography (HPLC / UPLC – reverse phase and SEC) or CE(Capillary electrophoresis) experience

Preferred

• MALS (Multi-angle light scattering )/RI/UV and CAD detection are preferred
• Experience in small-molecule (ex. lipid) and/or biologic (ex. protein or mRNA) analysis
• Software: Experience with Empower, 32 Carat, other laboratory software, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
