Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior Analytical Development leader to guide day-to-day analytical support for API and drug product development at our Redwood City headquarters. You will help shape strategy, act as a subject matter expert, and direct contract laboratories to ensure timely development, transfer, and stability testing across programs.

The role requires a PhD in analytical/organic chemistry or related field with 8+ years (MS with 10+ years acceptable) of industry experience,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years or PhD with 8+ years in analytical development.
• Extensive experience leading analytical activities independently in small molecule drug development.
• Experience managing projects at CROs/CDMOs.
• Knowledge of regulatory submissions (IND, IMPD, NDA).
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of ICH guidelines, GMP practices, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with technical rigor.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations to provide analytical support for API process R&D and manufacturing.
• Contribute to analytical development strategy across multiple projects.
• Serve as SME for Analytical Development; mentor and coordinate contract labs.
• Select analytical techniques and oversee development/validation transfers.
• Review data from CROs/CDMOs and manage stability testing.
• Prepare, review, and approve study protocols and regulatory submission documents.
• Collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Toxicology, QA, and Regulatory teams to meet goals.
