Responsibilities

• Independently develop and optimize analytical methods for drug substances and products.
• Execute validation and method transfer activities with guidance.
• Generate data to support formulation development, stability, and clinical release testing.
• Draft analytical protocols and contribute to regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with Formulation, Process Development, and Quality teams.
• Ensure GLP/GMP compliance and maintain accurate lab records.
• Mentor junior scientists and drive continuous improvement.
