Qualifications

• 8+ years in method development and validation in pharma.
• Experience validating analytical methods for small‑scale pharmaceutical work.
• Strong compliance with cGMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 5–8 member analytical team.
• Lead method development, validation, and transfer.
• Ensure GMP/DEA compliance and good documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional project support and client interactions.
• Provide guidance and training on analytical techniques.
