Job Description

Hybrid Role: 2-3 days in-office at 3445 Peachtree Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30326

As a Senior Population Health Operations Analyst, you will empower healthcare providers with technology, analytics, and operational excellence to better serve patients.

This role is integral to our Georgia market, supporting projects that enhance our product offerings—technology-enabled, integrated services. You will receive foundational healthcare training to grow your career in healthcare.

The Value Based Care Operations team plays a central role in our care model, collaborating with practice operations and primary care providers to transform care delivery. As a Senior Analyst, VBC Operations, you will implement value-based care capabilities across primary care clinics, acting as a liaison between operational leaders and the analytics team to produce actionable data insights.

How You Can Make a Difference
  • Work with leadership to develop expertise in healthcare operations, strategy, project management, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Georgia team to develop strategies for quality improvement and cost reduction.
  • Serve as a liaison to produce data-driven operational solutions.
  • Present analytical summaries to teams effectively.
  • Support patient experience improvements and evaluate current practices.
  • Develop workflows for preventive care and build appointment templates in EMRs.
  • Analyze datasets to identify opportunities and communicate performance updates.
  • Support health insurance contracting initiatives and care delivery workflows.
  • Assist in developing patient engagement strategies and staff education programs.
