S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is seeking a Senior Analyst to support US Equity Indices initiatives globally, including Europe. The role focuses on product development, financial monitoring and providing indexing solutions to clients, with exposure to a broad set of index products and collaboration across internal teams.

The candidate should have strong analytical and programming skills, familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to translate market research into actionable product strategy.

Formación

• Strong research and innovation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for supporting workflows and creating efficiencies.
• Knowledge of financial topics and industry best practices is highly desirable.
• Programming skills (Python, VBA) are desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of delivering high-quality presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Support US Equity Indices initiatives in Europe and globally.
• Assist product development, financial monitoring and indexing solutions for clients.
• Help ensure the commercial success of US Equity indices.
• Collaborate with Research & Design and other stakeholders on index design and enhancements.
• Analyze market research and client feedback to inform the product roadmap and sales efforts.
• Contribute to thought leadership materials such as blogs and white papers.
• Coordinate with senior team members to deliver on client requests using Agile practices.
