Trust Administrator, Senior Analyst

We are seeking a driven Trust Administrator in New Hampshire to support the growth of our trust company. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of trust professionals, dedicated to providing the highest level of client service to the select families we support. About The Role

The Trust Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support of Trust Officers in the performance of their administration of client accounts, primarily consisting of fiduciary accounts for which Jordan Park Trust Company (JPTC) serves as Trustee. Responsibilities include:

• Establishing accounts for new and existing JPTC trust clients
• Facilitating daily trust activities including receipts and disbursements with the help of the Trust Operations team
• Preparing annual trust account reviews for Trust Officer completion
• Assisting with the preparation, review, and delivery of client statements
• Responding to client requests and coordinating activity with third-party wealth service providers
• Managing workflow with attorneys, tax advisors, insurance companies, and other outside advisors to assist Trust Officers with daily administration
• Assisting in the activities of JPTC’s Trust Committee, including the preparation of quarterly meeting materials and the distribution of consent actions.
• Playing a critical role in managing JPTC’s annual fiduciary tax return reporting initiatives
• Engaging with affiliates and team members on company-wide initiatives
  
  
  

About You

• Have 3-5 years of experience in financial or private client service
• Have working knowledge of trust administration and trust operations
• Are well-organized and deadline driven
• Thrive while working in a collegial team environment and enjoy helping others
• Have a bachelor’s degree and strong academic credentials
• Have or are working toward relevant professional certifications, such as the CTFA, TEP, or CFP
  
  
  

Also Considered, But Not Required

• Experience working with high-net worth clients and their intermediaries and advisors
• Working knowledge of NH trust statues and the trust statutes of other favorable trust jurisdictions
• Strong interest to work toward an advanced degree in a related field, such as finance, taxation, accounting, or economics.
• Experience with FIS AddVantage trust accounting software
