Responsibilities

• Design and enhance financial products like fiat FX, on-chain FX, and credit, collaborating with product teams.
• Build scalable workflows and develop internal tools for treasury operations.
• Manage daily execution and settlement processes with clients, liquidity providers, and banks.
• Monitor and optimize liquidity, capital, and balance sheet capacity in coordination with finance teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for treasury policies and procedures.

Core Requirements

• 4+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Operations, with blockchain/digital assets experience preferred.
• Strong operational knowledge, including liquidity management.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends.
• Skill in managing priorities and developing workflows.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and creative problem-solver.

Preferred Skills

• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with Slack, MacOS, GSuite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information

• Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship (US only).
• Base pay range: $102,500 - $137,500.
