Join to apply for the Senior Analyst, Treasury role at Antares Capital LP.

This position involves managing all aspects of Antares’ liquidity, including cash management, payment processing, cash forecasting & modeling, and debt facility management for on and off-balance sheet financing structures. The Senior Treasury Analyst will support the daily operations of credit facilities and collateralized loan obligations (CLO).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structured facilities with understanding of Indentures and related documentation.
• Build and manage cash flow and compliance models for CLOs and other structured facilities for monitoring compliance, reporting, and portfolio optimization.
• Prepare daily cash forecasts for borrowing base facilities and monitor cash activity.
• Coordinate with rating agencies, auditors, vendors, and trustees for CLOs and structured facilities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and IT teams to establish compliance monitoring tools and reporting.
• Support routine cash/debt forecasts and liquidity committee requirements.
• Assist in establishing and updating Treasury Policies for all entities.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Treasury, Finance, Securitization, or related roles; experience in Financial Services preferred.
• Experience with broadly syndicated and/or middle-market CLOs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong motivation to learn, proactive, organized, resourceful, with multitasking ability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and collaborative work style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Modeling.
