Job summary

HF Sinclair's Senior Analyst, Reporting and Technical Accounting, based in Dallas, TX, plays a key role in the SEC Reporting team, performing initial research on complex transactions, preparing disclosures, and supporting financial reporting and policies.

The role requires at least five years in public accounting or financial reporting, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, and an active CPA license; Big 4 experience preferred. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with auditors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting or relevant financial reporting experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field and an active CPA license required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical accounting research to support complex transactions and prepares position papers.
• Participates in statutory reporting for foreign subsidiaries ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Leads and coordinates external auditor requirements under US GAAP.
