Supports and coordinates end-to-end demand, supply, and capacity planning activities for designated commercial product supply chains by collaborating with internal stakeholders, external manufacturers, and supply chain partners. Applies strong analytical and operational knowledge to support key supply chain management processes, including inventory reconciliation, inventory control, rolling purchase forecasts, and participation in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Collects, analyzes, and interprets supply chain data to provide timely reporting, identify risks and trends, and recommend solutions that support service level performance, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. Serves as a key contributor and subject matter expert within Supply Planning by independently managing complex planning activities, driving cross-functional alignment, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and influencing operational and supply planning strategies to support business continuity and organizational objectives. Leads planning-related initiatives and process improvements for assigned portfolios while providing analytical guidance and operational expertise to cross-functional stakeholders and less experienced team members. Acts as a collaborative resource across cross-functional teams to help drive effective supply chain execution and business objectives.

_ The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $97,000.00-$133,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
