We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning to help a growing organization make better decisions around inventory, product availability and future supply needs.

This is a hands on analytical role for someone who likes solving problems and getting into the details. You will use forecasts, inventory data and business priorities to help determine what the company needs, when it needs it and where potential risks may be developing.

This is not a purchasing or order processing position. The focus is on analysis, planning and giving the business a clearer picture of what actions should be taken next.

Senior Analyst, Supply Planning Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans across a broad portfolio of products
• Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, lead times and replenishment needs
• Identify potential shortages, excess inventory and availability risks
• Recommend actions that balance customer demand with responsible inventory levels
• Build models and scenario analyses to support planning decisions
• Monitor performance and communicate important risks, changes and recommendations
• Create reporting that gives leadership better visibility into inventory and supply

• Support planning for product launches, promotions and changes in demand

Senior Analyst, Supply Planning Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment or a closely related area
• Experience working with a broad or complex portfolio of products
• Strong understanding of inventory, lead times, safety stock and service levels
• Experience building analytical models, reports and scenario analyses
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using business planning or ERP systems
• Ability to work through large amounts of data and turn the analysis into clear recommendations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, analytics or a related field
• Experience in a consumer focused, retail, ecommerce or product based business is preferred
• Experience with reporting, visualization or other analytical tools is a plus
• A hands on approach and a genuine interest in staying close to the data, building the analysis and improving how decisions are made
