Birmingham City Football Club is seeking a Senior Analyst – Strategy & Innovation to help shape the club’s future from St Andrew’s Stadium and Knighthead Performance Centre. This role supports digital transformation, enhances fan experience, and drives insight-led innovation across the organisation.

Reporting into the Strategy & Innovation function, you will help drive high-impact projects that improve how Birmingham City operates, engages supporters, and delivers long-term value.
You will bring strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate data into meaningful strategic recommendations.
We are looking for a highly capable analyst with experience in strategy, transformation or consulting, who is excited by innovation in sport and entertainment.
